The Sembawang print by Lee Xin Li features Sembawang, which is situated in northern Singapore. Sembawang has historical roots dating back to the 19th century, possibly named after the sembawang tree. Similar to Seletar, it boasts numerous colonial-era structures, many linked to the former naval base. A portion still serves as a naval base for the Singapore Navy. Noteworthy is Beaulieu House, constructed in 1910 for Joseph Brooke David, now a restaurant. While retaining its historical charm, some fixtures, like doors and windows, have seen changes over the years
