The Outram Park Estate print by Lee Xin Li features the Pearl Bank Apartments that rose to prominence due to the en-bloc sale. It has been demolished in March 2020. The iconic landmark on Pearl Hill was completed in 1976 and designed by Tan Cheng Siong. Also in its vicinity was the former Outram Park Estate, a cluster of eight 15-storey resident blocks built by HDB around 1968 - 1970 over the site of the former Outram Prison.
